Each admission application is submitted with a non-refundable registration fee of $200.00 for one student, $250.00 for two students and $300.00 for three or more students and will be date and time stamped accordingly.
Registration fees will be applied as a tuition credit upon admission. There is an $8.00 TADS administrative fee for each admission application.
Financial Aid Application:
If you would like to apply for financial aid, the deadline to submit your application together with your 2018 federal tax returns to the school office is 4:30 pm, Monday, May 13, 2019. All information submitted is kept strictly confidential. Note: St. Monica school does not use the on-line Tads application. Instead, you must print and complete the application attached in this email.
Consideration of Applicants
St. Monica School follows the priority system outlined below for all applicants.
1. Parents are registered members of St. Monica Parish with family members presently enrolled who have attended at least one academic year.
2. Parents are registered members of St. Monica Parish in order of seniority, service, and stewardship, as determined by the Pastor.
3. Parents are not registered members of St. Monica Parish with family members presently enrolled and attending at least one academic year.
4. All other children on a first-come, first-served basis.
After a family submits an admissions application, they will be notified by email of an admission decision and directed to the enrollment process if applicable.
