    2024-2025 School Year Rates

    TUITION POLICY FOR CONTINUED ENROLLMENT

    Admission for the following school year will not be granted to students for whom tuition agreements have not been signed and 50% of tuition owed has not been paid by January 1st of the current school year. Special circumstances must be approved by the principal and parochial administrator.

    Admission for the following school year will not be granted, or can be revoked, to students for whom payment of tuition or general fees has not been completed by the end of the current school year.

    This policy was approved by the St. Monica School Leadership Team in December 2022. This policy was approved by school and parish administration in December 2022.

  • We have partnered with ISM FAST to provide an online financial aid application process for our school families. With over 45 years of experience, ISM FAST financial aid software is built for private and independent schools and provides a user friendly online interface with incredible 24/7 customer service. All families are welcomed to submit an application, with applicable tax documentation, to be considered for financial support.

    2025-2026 School Year

    Application is now available. Deadline is May 15, 2025 for first round, priority consideration. We will continue to review completed applications after that date until funding is exhausted.

    Eligibility: Current and new families with children in 5K-8th grade in the 2025-2026 school year may apply for financial aid. A student must be admitted to St. Monica School first in order to be considered for financial aid.

  • Parishioner Tuition Rate

    In order to be eligible for the Parishioner Tuition Rate, families must have an active membership on file at St. Monica Parish. To confirm your status or to learn more about becoming a parishioner at St. Monica Parish, please contact our Parish Office at smoffice@stme.church, 414.332.1576

    Multiple Child Discount

    All families who enroll children in grade 5K-8th are eligible to receive a multiple child discount. This will be reflected as a credit on your child’s tuition account.

    St. Monica School is pleased to offer a faculty and staff discount. Contact our Director of Advancement and Enrollment to learn more.

  • Billing invoices for tuition and fees as well as all payments are handled via TADS.

    Invoices for the upcoming school year will be sent via email in mid-Summer.
