I attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where I received my bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education with minors in Math and English. After graduating, I had the incredible opportunity to travel abroad to Italy, where I taught in eleven middle school classrooms. This amazing experience helped me grow as an educator while immersing me in Italian culture. After returning from Italy, I taught fourth grade at Salam Elementary for six years. This is now my second year here at St. Monica, and I’m so happy to be part of this community. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and our dog. I love being outdoors, traveling, and reading.
